When you save to the Web Receipts folder this function will silently replace older files with the same name. So if you have multiple receipts from the same source only the most recent will be saved. To simplify: Create Receipts folder in your Documents folder. From then on: 1. Select Print on your internet purchase receipts. 2. Save as PDF to your Receipts folder. No need to save in two places on a single drive. Your back up regimen allows you to rest easy. Strikes me as a few too many steps.
