Many users don't know well what is possible with of «Click, followed by Shift + Click» (to select from an element to another, followed by «Command + Click» on some items (to deselect one or many items). We can even drag up or down next to the title of an element in the finder in column view! Many people don't even know the «Select all» command. It's pretty useful, but not so easy to learn completely by new users. Also, Apple dosen't have any extensive guide for that.
